Chocolate Chip Banana Pancake Muffins With Only 5 Ingredients

Let's just run down the checklist real quick: Chocolate chips? Good. Bananas? Good. Pancakes? Good. Muffins? Goooood. Everything about this recipe sounds delicious, and with only five ingredients, they're super easy to make, too.

Get yourself some Bisquick, some bananas, some chocolate chips, some milk and cinnamon, and you're all set. Within 15 minutes, you'll be enjoying one of these delicious little morning treats.

Chocolate Chip Banana Pancake Muffins

Prep time, 10 minutes. Bake time, 10-15 minutes. Yields 4-6 muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup pancake mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 6-8 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the first four ingredients, then mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. Place batter into greased baking cups in muffin pan.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
