What's the best kind of revenge? Maybe no revenge at all. That's what we're thinking after watching this viral video of a woman calling out her ex-boyfriend for cheating on her — while naked in bed with another man.
The video posted on LiveLeak.com is said to be from an Australian woman named Lyn Kent. "Think it's funny to cheat?" she asks. "Well the joke's on you, mate, because I cheated on you, too!" And then she kisses her pal, who is also apparently nude.
Oh honey. This is now how happy adults do life.
I get it. Getting cheated on feels awful. When it happens you want to hurt that cheater back. You want him to feel as badly as you do just to balance the scales of justice. And you may even feel the need to cleanse the slime of betrayal off your body by using it with another person as soon as humanly possible. But that's just a temporary desperate gesture that will make you feel worse in the long run.
But like I said, the best revenge is no revenge. When someone cheats on you, you pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, spend a little time reflecting on what you learned from your experience, and you move on with your life. That's it. He's a footnote in your story.
