It's fair to give a little leeway to a bride when it comes to her big day. After all, a wedding is one of the few moments in life where it really is all about you and your partner. Some brides, however, abuse the heck out of this "power" and end up demanding things no sane person would ask. Need proof? This Redditor's story might take the (wedding) cake.
Her story begins with a lovely tale of her generosity and friendship when she was a bridesmaid to a dear friend.

Knowing that this bride and her parents weren't wealthy, she volunteered to help by making all of the flowers and decor for her wedding, hoping it would make the day special for her and relieve a little burden.
The friend of this bride must have heard tales of her generosity because years later, she called her up with an out of the blue request.

She had the audacity to ask for the same "treatment." The catch? The generous bridesmaid had never even met this woman before!
"I told her that I was flattered but I didn't know her, and I didn't feel comfortable being the bridesmaid of a complete stranger," she wrote. "Also, the fact that I was due to give birth the week before her wedding meant that I would probably have to decline even if I did know her."
And I wish we could tell you the insanity stopped there, but alas, would it be the internet if it did? After being hung up on, the girl called BACK.

This poor, unsuspecting pregnant woman was accused of judging the bride-to-be's relationship for saying no … to a complete stranger.
"I pointed out that as I had no idea who she was, and had no idea who her intended was, there was no way I could have been judging her for something I knew absolutely nothing about. I wished her best of luck with the upcoming nuptials, hung up, and didn't answer any further calls from that number."
Can you even believe it?
Others certainly couldn't. Commenters responded in utter shock and praise at this girls grace when handling this looney toon.
"It is true that people can still surprise us with their ridiculous demands and their sense of entitlement," one user wrote. "Your story takes the cake!"
Perhaps next time, our dear Redditor won't do such a good job of being a bridesmaid.
