Ladies and gentlemen, it is finally here. By unpopular demand, Jeffree Star has reviewed Rihanna's entire Fenty Beauty collection… and he has THOUGHTS.

Live (kind of) from his hotel room at The Four Seasons NYC, Star filmed a Fenty Beauty first impressions video hours after the launch party.

"The launch party was LIT," he said. "I have all the products that Rihanna launched — there's a lot here."

The first Fenty beauty product Star tries is the Fenty Beauty primer. "This feels heavy... and luxurious."

It's the Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Primer ($32, Sephora).

"It's a lotion-like consistency," Star says, applying it to the back of his hand.

Applied to clean skin, it feels "kinda smooth," according to Star. "Not too tacky," with a little bit of extra hydration.

Next Jeffree tests the Fenty Beauty foundation, noting that he'd been "highly anticipating" this particular product.

This is the Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation ($34, Sephora), a medium to full coverage foundation which has an amazing 40 shades.

"Her brand is very inclusive," says Star, making an attempt to speak about the struggles that people of color face in the beauty world. "[Rihanna] spent a lot of time working on this. There are 40 foundation shades with I think even more coming… a lot of times, brand release foundations with like 10 shades, and it’s like, girl.”

He applies the foundation with the Fenty beauty precision makeup sponge ($16, Sephora).

"The foundation looks beautiful, honestly. It's very smoothing."

He does note that it dries quite quickly, though, and it does oxidise (and change color a little) as it dries. Just something to beware of if you're shopping online.

For the other half of his face, Star applies the foundation with the Fenty Beauty full-bodied foundation brush.

The powder-pink brush has synthetic bristles ($34, Sephora) "because that's how we apply creams," says Star.

"I thought the sponge worked great, but I'm a little more in love with the brush," he said. "I thought it applied quicker and… I think the side with the brush looked a little more airbrushed [than the side applied with the sponge]."

Once the foundation has set, Jeffree is still into it. "My skin looks flawless," he says. "It looks really nice."

Even without powder, "It doesn't feel tacky… it does feel really nice."

That said, he does go ahead and press the universal blotting powder under his eyes with the semi-clean foundation brush.

Invisi-matte blotting powder ($32, Sephora). "It does have a little bit of a blurring effect," says Star. "You know I am all about that, I want to look as fake and plastic as possible."

Next he tries the Match Stix. "I love this packaging because it's magnetized, and it looks like honeycomb... the packaging is heavy and sturdy."

The Fenty Beauty Match Stix ($25, Sephora) have two formulas — the matte version is a creamy contour stick, while the shimmer are "crazy color highlighters — gold, orange, purple. And the shade names are pretty cool."

Using the matte Match Stix in shade Mocha, Star contours his face.

The matte Match Stix did contour, but Star found that the protable contour and concealer brush ($24, Sephora) kinda didn't blend very well — in the end, he was way more into buffing the deep shade out with the foundation brush. "This brush is good for EVERYTHING."

After this, Star adds Confetti, the bubblegum pink Match Stix highlighter shade, this his cheeks.

"I think this is really beautiful," he said. "It's giving me that alien sex goddess realness that I live for. I love how it has a little bit of glitter in it, as well as a high volume shine."

Star also got into the shimmer Match Stix in Unicorn — the lilac purple that Rihanna wore on the cover of ELLE.

"Much brighter than Confetti," he says of the two rainbow shades. After applying it straight from the stick onto skin and blending out with a sponge, Star says that even though it doesn't seem like it, Unicorn is a very subtle and ethereal color.

Who expected that.

The final shade Jeffree swatches is Chili Mango, which he says "I think for any woman of color, this would be a stunning cream blush with a little bit of shimmer."

While Chili Mango ($25, Sephora) *is* a very pretty color, let's not pretend that J.Star has any idea what women of color are looking for in makeup. Remember his summer lipstick collection that he claimed would look good on everyone? Yeah, it kinda only worked on the fairest skin tones.

Now, Jeffree goes in with the powder highlighters — which Rihanna has been teasing us with FOR MONTHS.

This is the Killawatt Highlighter in standout shade Trophy Wife ($34, Sephora), a glimmery gold that RiRi made famous before it even launched.

With one swipe... Trophy Wife is actually blinding.

The Killawatt highlighter is VERY pigmented and extra-glittery. "Rihanna ain't playing," says Star as he begins to blend.

Under the light of Star's phone, this powder highlight is UN. REAL. Look at that sparkle!

"I think I'm gonna need this formula in every shade, please!"

The final product that Star reviews is the universally flattering GLOSS BOMB.

Jeffree Star

Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer ($18, Sephora) — one single rose gold gloss that looks good on EVERYONE.

Unfortunately, the Gloss Bomb doesn't leave Jeffree quite as shook. "It's really pretty, definitely an every day gloss... there's nothing special about it. It's not necessary."

He also mentions that there are plenty of drugstore dupes for glosses like this.

His final thoughts? Fenty Beauty IS Jeffree Star approved. "I am a little shook at how consistently great everything is overall."

"Somehow Rihanna managed to really slay."

Color us completely unsurprised.
