This woman eviscerated a destructive myth about fit men who love plus-size women

Bigger women with thin or fit male partners get a lot of questions.

Fat-phobic folks question why "a guy like that" would go for "a girl like her," or wonder if he's got some sort of fetish

Body-positive Instagrammer "Jazzy" has heard it before — from others and from herself — and cleared up this bogus line of thinking in a recent post online.

Jazzy shared a photo of her and her husband walking hand-in-hand on the beach — along with a message for both herself and anyone else who might judge the way the two of them "look" together:

"Over the years this man has loved every curve, every roll, and every stretch mark on my body. I never understood why!" she captioned the photo.

"How could he love something that isn't 'perfect?' How could a man who was 'born fit' love someone like me! I don't have a flat stomach, I jiggle when I walk, hell if I run up the stairs to fast my body claps (lmao)!! But now I see I do have the 'perfect' body!! Every roll, every curve, and every stretch mark is put on me just perfect to make both of us happy!!! I love my body and I finally see why he does too!!"

Her message is clear: Her husband doesn't love her *because* of her rolls, curves, and stretch marks, but he DOES love her rolls, curves, and stretch marks because they're a part of HER.

"He loves you mind, body, and soul as it should be, Jazzy," one commenter wrote. "Thank you for sharing."

"It's a shame that people have to be so hateful, look at the picture… does anyone look unhappy? No, they are both smiling and he's holding her hand," another wrote. "Love isn't about looks. Anyone who doesn't know that has never known what real love is like."

We completely agree!
