TRIGGER WARNING: This post contains information about suicide and abuse, which may be triggering to some.
The viral story of Catherine and Allen Kassenoff is still circulating as more details become known in the case that’s upset and shocked so many. It’s been reported that Catherine, who was dying of terminal breast cancer, died by assisted suicide but not before exposing the abuse she and her kids endured at the hands of her estranged husband, Allan.
A new video outlines more details about the alleged abuse the children endured at the hands of their father.
On TikTok, Robbie Harvey has been following the story, updating his followers on more details about the case as they’re revealed.
In a new clip, Robbie says he’s received a “major update” that outlines how afraid their daughter were of their father.
“So you want to get really mad about the Allan Kassenoff case and the corruption involved with family court?” Robbie asks. “Well, I'm about to blow it wide open. For those of you not familiar with this case, the man you're about to see was granted full custody of his children. And their mother was barred from seeing them ever again.”
“After a 4 year battle, May of 2023, the courts ruled that Catherine Kassenoff, the mother of the children and ex wife to this man, Allan Kassenoff, could no longer see her children,” he recalls, giving context to what he’s about to share.
In previous updates, Robbie shared documents that showed the courts had ruled Catherine to be a danger to her kids.
With the new details, however, Robbie says there was evidence that showed the opposite to be true.
“Here are some emails from the children to their mother. Now remember, over the past 4 years, there was temporary restraining orders on Catherine, preventing her from seeing her children on a regular basis,” he explains in the video.
“But the children express over and over again, spanning over years, how much they miss their mother,” he adds, but it goes further than that.
Robbie says there was testimony submitted to the court outlining a few instances involving the kids.

The daughters were staying at a friend’s house, and while reading a book together, the conversation led to the discussion about what makes you afraid.
“And look at what the daughter of Allan Kassenoff said,” Robbie shares. “I become afraid when my dad gets angry and yells. I don't wanna go with that crazy guy. I am not ever going with him.”
He goes on to say that when the other kids heard what one daughter said about being afraid, they confessed they were afraid of their father, too.
Robbie also says new details show that a friend of one of the girls was staying with them for a sleepover, but her visit was cut short. When the friend’s mom asked why she wanted to come home, the friend said she was afraid of Allan because he wouldn’t stop yelling at her friend.
The children also admitted that their father would go out of his way to ensure they couldn’t talk to their mom.
“The children admit that Allan often takes their phones away or hangs up on their mother while they're talking to her,” Robbie shares.
“He will often let their phone batteries run out so the children can't contact their mother. And the children admit they're not allowed to talk to their mother when they're with Allan.”
Robbie then shares a report he says is from a social worker who was working with the Kassenoffs.
“On March 19th, 2023, a social worker submitted a report,” he explains. “She testified that the relationship between the children and their mother Catherine, was doing very well. And it was getting better each and every day.”
Robbie then reads “word for word” what that report also said according to the social worker. According to him, the report states the following:
“It is virtually impossible for the girls to verbalize a desire to see more of their mother. Or to even admit a visit goes well at this point. Ali has been able to do so to a limited degree, but she has verbalized that it has cost her and her father's household to do so. The two younger girls are less likely to say anything positive at this point after they saw the impact that it has on Allie when she says she misses her mother.”
At this time, it’s still not been confirmed that Catherine Kassenoff has died. The latest official update came from the law office where Allan worked stating he was on leave.
