Masked Group Baited & Attacked Trans Teen Girl, Stabbing Her 9 Times in Brutal Attack

A group of young adults in England were sentenced after attacking a transgender girl because of her identity. One member of the group initiated the attack when he learned of the girl’s identity after a sexual encounter. All of the group used social media to scheme and bait the teen into meeting them at a roller rink.

When the girl arrived, she was immediately beaten repeatedly. Then she was stabbed multiple times in her leg and abdominal area. Bystanders saved her life when they saw the attack and called the authorities. Shortly after the beating, the stabber posted footage of the incident on social media.

The 18-year-old woman, who has not been publicly identified, was attacked in the parking lot of the Harrow Leisure Centre in northwest London, according to multiple outlets. It was not a random attack, weeks before the incident, she was invited to a Snapchat group chat to make plans to go to a roller disco. After flirting in the group chat, Bradley Harris invited her to his house, The Independent reported.

While they were in his bedroom, Harris received a message from a friend telling him the girl was trans. When questioned, the girl denied it because she had been attacked in the past. She then kissed Harris before performing oral sex on him. Unbeknownst to her, Harris was on Facetime during the encounter. He then got another message about the other teen being a “t—-y.”

This time, Harris got aggressive. According to court testimony, he grabbed a knife, saying “I’ll stab you if you lie.” Feeling “intimidated,” the girl admitted that yes, she’s transgender. Harris then told her to leave.

Prosecutor Deanna Heer KC, told the court, “Harris told the group that the complainant was transgender and had lied to him about it. Although she tried to deny it, the group then turned on her and backed Harris.” She apologized to the group, and thought everything was OK. It wasn’t.

In the hours before the attack on February 10, 2024, Harris contacted other members of the group: Summer Betts-Ramsey, Camron Osei, Shiloh Hinds, and another unnamed teen. While they argued with the victim in one group chat, they were in a separate chat “setting the victim up to be attacked in Harrow that evening,” Heer said. Heer called the argument with the victim a “ruse.”

Shortly before the attack, Betts-Ramsey had a conversation with an inmate at a youth facility, telling them “I have to go to Harrow to beat up some … a f—ing t—-y bro.”

That evening, the group led the girl away from a bus stop, luring her into a parking lot near the roller skating rink. She was immediately attacked. “The victim recalls that she had no time to say anything or do anything to defend herself,” Heer said, reported BBC.

Once the victim was on the ground, footage showed her being kicked, punched, and beaten with a pair of roller skates. Betts-Ramsey began to stab her. Bystanders stepped in and saved her by calling for emergency services while the group fled. Doctors discovered she had three stab wounds to her buttocks, two stab wounds to her right thigh, two stab wounds to her right flank, a stab wound to her left thigh, and a stab wound to her left hand.

Betts-Ramsey shared footage of the attack on Snapchat.

“I have become depressed and am always in fear leaving the house,” the victim said in an impact statement. “The incident has resulted in thick scars on my body which saddens me every time I see them — I feel like I am the one living a life sentence due to them. I never thought anyone would have so much hatred for me and want to assault me in the way they did.”
