Five months after the unexpected death of Lisa Marie Presley, the matter of who will be taking charge of her estate has finally been settled. According to documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Riley is now the sole trustee of Lisa Marie's estate, putting her in charge of the money and assets her mother left behind.

The matter of who will handle Lisa Marie's estate has been up for debate since her death.

Ever since Lisa Marie died after going into cardiac arrest in January, there's been a battle between Riley and grandmother Priscilla Presley over who will be in charge of the estate.
Though Riley was the one named in Lisa Marie's will, Priscilla argued the legitimacy of the will in court. Ultimately, though, they family decided that Priscilla would bow out, and she reported received a hefty payout for doing so.
Now, it sounds like the situation has finally been settled.
Riley will take sole ownership over Lisa Marie's estate, and that includes Graceland, the home where Elvis Presley once lived in Memphis, Tennessee, still being used as a museum today.
She also will oversee the sub-trusts for her younger sisters, 14-year-old Harper and Finley.
Riley being the trustee will save the family money.

In the documents, Riley's lawyer, Justin Gold, said although Priscilla was planning to take a cut of the estate as payment for her services as trustee, Riley won't be doing so. She also promises to handle the estate "in a manner consistent with the needs of the beneficiaries, and not influenced by the desire of a Trustee."

They also settled the matter of where Priscilla will be buried.
During negotiations, Priscilla's request to be buried next to her late husband was denied. Because Elvis' parents are buried on either side of him, with Lisa Marie and her late son, Benjamin Keough buried next to them, it would require moving gravesites to fulfill 78-year-old Priscilla's wishes when she dies.
Under the new agreement, Riley will allow Priscilla to be buried in the same area in Graceland's Meditation Garden "at the location closest to Elvis Presley without moving any existing gravesite."
Here's hoping this allows their family to find peace.

Though there's no doubt that Priscilla, Riley, and the twins are still grieving the sudden loss of Lisa Marie, maybe having this legal battle behind them will help them to move on. At this point, it sounds like Riley's got this covered.
