Police in Memphis, Tennessee, say an argument over loud music led to a brazen attack on Friday. Zaccarrius Mobley, 19, was reportedly driving his mother to work when she said the music in the vehicle was too loud. She then got out of the car, and Mobley allegedly ran over her.
Mobley reportedly left and was arrested a short time later. One woman was defending the teen on social media and said that the mother is allegedly a troublemaker and she is to blame. Now it's up to a court to determine who is in the wrong.

According to police, there was an arrangement between the pair.
Mobley's mother reportedly paid her son to take her to work on Friday, Fox 13 reported. While in the car, he allegedly played music at a volume that was too loud for his mother. When Mobley refused to turn it down, she reportedly got out of the vehicle and began to walk away.
The mother was injured.
As she walked down Castleman Street in Parkway Village, Mobley allegedly ran over his mother with all four tires. According to police, she had arm and leg injuries and was taken to St. Frances Park by ambulance for treatment. Her current condition is unknown, Fox 13 reported.
Mobley took off.
After allegedly running over his mother, Mobley left the scene of the incident. Police arrested him a short time later and took him into custody.
Some people, however, say Mobley is innocent and have taken to social media to defend the teen dad.
A witness claims to know the real story.
Shaniece Latrice Smith said she was there the day of the alleged incident, and Mobley's mother was the aggressor. Thelma Taurus Jean shared the news story on Facebook, and Smith commented, claiming that she was spreading lies.
"Was you there when that baby hit his mom no cause I was there. That baby is a great father and great boyfriend to my baby cousin this didn't happen like that," she wrote. "His mother is on heavy drugs he try to leave that is when she bust his window then she jump in from of his truck he hit her only one time that when he left and did a police report he return that is when the police lock him up. She was mad cause she couldn't get any drugs."

His TikTok shows a happy teen.
Mobley posts videos joking and playing around with friends and children. He also posted a dedication video to his daughter in October 2022. The teen is in jail on a $75,000 bond and was due in court June 26, WREG reported.
