Kailyn Lowry is finding herself at the center of a major controversy — this time, involving one of her former friends who also happened to be her employee. According to recent social media posts, the Teen Mom star is feuding with her ex-nanny, Natalie, who seems to have spent the past several days slinging thinly veiled insults in Kail's direction. Whatever happened between them must have been really bad, because this situation is not pretty.

The first signs of trouble began last week.
Many Teen Mom fans also follow Natalie on Instagram, and plenty of people took notice when she shared a cryptic post on her page that seemed to be aimed at Kail.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, Natalie shared a post on her Instagram Stories that read, "you're a great mom on Facebook. Too bad you're a horrible one in real life."
Ouch!
She wasn't done airing her feelings yet.
Soon after, Natalie shared another meme to her Instagram grid that reads, "We're not here long enough to be living unhappy." Many fans took that as her confirmation that she was no longer working for Kail and that something had gone wrong between the longtime friends.
And now, it looks like things may have gone from bad to worse!
Natalie didn't seem to take it well when Kailyn shared she was pregnant with twins.
Just months after welcoming her youngest son, Rio, into the world, Kailyn found out that she was pregnant with twins, who arrived toward the end of 2023, bringing her grand total of kids to seven. After she made the news of her pregnancy public, she shared a video of the moment she told Natalie the news, and it didn't seem like she was very happy to add to her workload.
"Tell me you're lying," Natalie said, her head in her hands.
Now, the cryptic posts that seem to be about Kail have resumed.
This week, Natalie shared a post from a meme account on her Instagram Stories that read, "When you have a good heart, you don't lose people, people lose you."
As The Sun reported, she's been sharing a lot of posts like this lately, including one that shared, "Sometimes people will act like you're hard to deal with because you aren't easy to fool."

So far, neither of the women has shared any of the details.
It's so hard when a friendship ends — and as far as we can tell, Kail and Natalie have been friends for years. Not to mention the fact that parenting seven children (including three under the age of 2) isn't going to be easy if she's unexpectedly found herself out of help.
Maybe they'll be able to work this out, but for now, it's not looking good …
