A family took their child to a doctor thinking that he would be taken care of, but in reality, their teenager ended up dead. The doctor they trusted with their child’s health reportedly turned out to be completely unqualified to perform surgery, but did it anyway. As a result of the alleged negligence, a family is mourning their child’s death.
Thankfully, the police are already doing what they can to make sure the person who fooled people into believing he could perform the surgery faces consequences for his actions.

The boy was complaining of stomach pains.
Krishna “Golu” Kumar, a 15-year-old boy in Bihar, India, complained to his parents about stomach pains and was vomiting. The parents took the teen to a clinic run by Ajit Kumar Puri, according to The Hindu. The teen was given medication that seemed to ease the stomach pain, but Puri still suggested that he needed surgery for gall bladder stones.
The family is saying that they didn't consent to the boy having surgery.
Speaking to The Times of India, the teen’s maternal grandfather explained, “Puri sent Golu’s father to a local fuel station to fetch diesel.” He then explained that Puri “began the surgery without our consent while watching a video.” Speaking to The Hindu, he was more specific, saying, “During the surgery, I could see the quack repeatedly checking YouTube on his mobile for instructions.”
“We just wanted the vomiting to stop. He conducted the operation without our consent,” Golu’s father told the Hindustan Times.
The boy died on his way to the hospital.
When the doctor realized that the boy’s condition was quickly deteriorating, he rushed Golu to the hospital in his own ambulance, but the teen died on the way there. Puri and the other medical staff fled. “Golu died because of Puri’s botched operation,” Golu’s father told the Times of India.
