Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Just Made Their First Public Appearance After Announcing Engagement

Two days after announcing their engagement, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially stepped out as a betrothed couple for the first time. On Thursday night, Taylor and Travis were spotted at Arrowhead Stadium, taking in the Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Nebraska Cornhuskers game as the college football season began. And before you ask, yes — she did show off that ring. How could she not?!

Taylor and Travis were spotted watching the game from his suite.

College football is here again, and it offered the perfect opportunity for Taylor and Travis (who were joined by Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce) to step out as an engaged couple for the very first time.

Since the game was held at Arrowhead Stadium — the home stadium for the Kansas City Chiefs — it makes sense that Taylor, Travis, and Jason were able to take it all in right from the same suite that Taylor is often spotted in when the Chiefs play at home during the NFL season.

She made sure to show off her ring.

Not only was Taylor wearing her new engagement ring from Travis, but it also practically blinded the people watching the game at home as it sparkled when she picked up her drink to take a sip.

Considering the fact that she’s wearing some serious hardware, it’s no wonder she wants to show it off!

This was a special game for both Travis and Jason.

Back in college, both Travis and Jason played for the Bearcats, so it was basically a given that they were going to be present for this game. There was buzz that Taylor would go with them, and as it turns out, those rumors were true.

Travis’ friend and teammate Patrick Mahomes was also in attendance, along with his wife, Brittany.

Taylor and Travis announced their big news earlier this week.

The news that Taylor and Travis are engaged came on Tuesday, when Taylor shared photos from their dreamy garden proposal (and the first look at her ring) on Instagram.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” she wrote.
