14-Year-Old in NYC Accused of Viciously Stomping on Girl’s Face Because She Wouldn’t Give Him Her Number

When our children are very little, it’s vital that we instill the importance of manners, respect, and a value system. Children need to understand the difference between right and wrong and that when someone says “No,” that’s a full sentence. If we don’t teach our children these lessons, the consequences can be devastating. A video going viral shows a teenage boy stomping the face of a girl because she allegedly refused to give him her phone number. It’s positively horrifying and a reminder to always be on guard.

The video is truly disturbing.

In the short Instagram clip, we see a teenage boy in all black, wearing a mask, approach two young girls. He threatens to “knock the s—” of out one of the girls and tells her to “stand right here.” When the girl disobeys his command and walks away, the aggressor follows her. She tells the boy to get out of her way, but instead, he grabs her and slams her to the ground. The teen then stomps on her face before walking away.

The girl wound up in the hospital.

The incident occurred on April 20, 2026, near the intersection of 107th Street and Third Avenue in East Harlem, New York, according to the New York Post. Police arrested the unidentified 14-year-old suspect, who faces an assault charge. His 15-year-old victim wound up in the hospital but is now in stable condition, per the Post.

The way the boy behaves is disturbing, and listening to the person recording the incident laugh is equally as vile. It’s clear the teen’s truly trying to show off and could have caused this girl permanent damage just to fuel his ego.

Shockingly, his mother, Lucinda Arroyo, defended her son. She claimed in a video posted by the Post and another one posted on X that the girl was a “bully to him.”

Girl, bye.

The video disturbed viewers.

Knowing that someone recorded this interaction and did nothing to help infuriated some people, including us.

“Find the person that recorded and give him the same treatment that homie deserves,” one viewer suggested.

“The person recording should get charged too for instigating,” another commenter agreed.

Someone else claiming to have taught the bully didn’t seem surprised by his actions.

“I taught him. He followed and hit a younger boy with a wrench after school, called a bomb threat, and the school never did anything. The school just told us to prepare work for him,” the teacher wrote. “He threatened another teacher on Google Classroom that he would kill her and her partner, she left the school right after. The pattern is there, just like the lack of a response.”

It’s shocking that this boy thought acting this way would actually attract the girl to him. Why would anyone want to involve themselves with a violent abuser? The girls did the right thing, trying to get away. This teen needs help, that’s clear, and so do the people who recorded this insane act of violence.

As for Arroyo, there are some behaviors you simply can’t defend, and this is one of them. Even if that teenage girl was the worst bully in the world, two wrongs don’t make a right. Lady, you need to open your eyes and help your child not pretend this is in any way OK.
