Allison Holker is making a big change in her life. Almost a year after her husband, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, died by suicide, the dancer and TV personality has sold the home where they lived with their three children, Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia. Allison put the house in Encino, California, on the market last month, with a list price of $3.8 million. The home was heavily featured in her and tWitch's social media accounts through the many videos that featured the couple dancing together and spending time with their family.

The Los Angeles area property was only listed a month ago.
According to property records obtained by People,, the 4,600-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-bathroom house was built in 2018. The home sold for $3.5 million. The couple bought the house in 2019, with Allison sharing that the design reflected a "chic modern farmhouse" feel after a renovation in partnership with Pottery Barn in 2021.
Creating a cozy family home was Allison's main goal.
Talking to People about the 2021 renovation, Allison explained that she "really wanted the home to feel like a sanctuary for us where we could breathe together and just create memories in this really warm space."
Memories were definitely made, as many of their followers on social media delighted in seeing the videos Allison and tWitch shared of them dancing in their home.
Their home was famous for a very sweet reason.
Much of their content was filmed in what Allison referred to as the "great room" that functioned as the family’s main communal living space.
"When I say it's a great room, it's literally our kitchen, our living room and our outdoor space all connected as one, and it's easily where I would say we as a family spend 70% of our time," she explained.
Their home was always full of love.
Their dining room table was a special spot for the family. "We'd have so many random conversations, and there was so much laughter," Allison said in an interview after her husband’s death. "Our love was so real and so loud. We always told people our house was like a choreographed dance."

Allison is still trying to fill the home with memories before leaving for good.
Last week, Allison hosted the family’s first Thanksgiving without tWitch. She shared photos and videos from the day, which looked like it was steeped in joy.
"Hosting Thanksgiving is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I love bringing loved ones together to celebrate love, joy and our gratitude for life and the beautiful relationships we all have," she wrote. "My heart was beaming so bright last night from being able to squeeze my friends so tightly … we shared in memories … in smiles and so much laughter. A night I will treasure for ever!"
