A new docuseries is set to debut on Amazon Prime Video that promises to blow the lid off 19 Kids and Counting's Duggar family and the Institute in Basic Life Principles, the conservative Christian organization they're a part of. And now that the trailer is finally here, we know that Jill Duggar is taking part in the tell-all, which means this series may truly pull back the curtain on what has been going on behind the closed doors of the Duggar family all these years.

The limited series promises to uncover the horrifying truth behind the 'shiny' image the Duggar family projected on reality TV for so many years.
The trailer for the series, which is called Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets, features several clips from old footage of the Duggar family and IBLP founder Bill Gothard, coupled with modern-day interviews from experts and people who have been wrapped up in the lifestyle promoted by the Duggars through their now canceled series 19 Kids and Counting.
"World domination was the goal," claims an unnamed man in the chilling opening shared by People magazine.
Others called the organization a cult, adamantly denying that there was any connection between IBLP and Christianity.
As the trailer continued, we eventually got to see some familiar faces, including family members Amy Duggar King, Derick Dillard, and Jill Duggar.
"There's a story that's going to be told," Jill says to the camera crew. "And I would rather be the one telling it."
The trailer truly isn't holding back.
Another man explained how Bill's version of the IBLP was designed to turn "every father into a cult leader and every home into an island" as alarming clips played in the background from what we can only imagine were IBLP or IBLP-related events.
Then the trailer moves on to Josh Duggar's crimes and conviction.
News of the oldest of the Duggar sibling's arrest plays on in the background before another woman says, "the institute raises little predators."
Josh's repeated trouble with the law was the first sign that something wasn't as it appeared with the Duggars.
By now, most fans and even causal observers know that Josh has been accused of sexually assaulting several of his minor sisters and a babysitter as a teen before growing up to be arrested for receiving and possessing images of child sexual assault.
The father of seven is currently serving a 151-month sentence in a federal prison.

We can't imagine what it took to get Jill and Amy to speak out about their own family.
Both women remain mostly estranged from their famous family, but we still have to believe that it was hard for them to go against everything they've been taught to speak out.
The series kicks off on June 2 on Prime, and will be four episodes long. They have us intrigued!
