There are two reasons people could dislike fruity beers.
First, they could dislike them because they don't like beer in the first place. Or, they could hate them because they think fruit beers are "girly beers" and why bother, right?
Wrong. So, so wrong.
Here are eight awesome beers brewed with fruit that will please both types of people, and anyone else who just wants a refreshing cold one.
CoCoNut PorTeR (Maui Brewing)

Alc. by volume: 6%
This beer is nuts, as the name implies. The coconut is more in the smell than the taste, but the tropical notes make this a great dark beer even for summer. And just when you thought it couldn't get any crazier, BAM! Maui also makes an *imperial* CoCoNut PorTer at an ungodly 9.4% ABV.
Framboise Lambic (Timmerman's)

Alc. by volume: 4%
This is the perfect gateway beer: not too fruity, not too beer-y. Definitely one of the first fruit beers you'll want to check out. It's Belgian lambic, which is a sour beer, brewed with deep-red raspberries. It's a knock-out in color, flavor, and smell.
Grapefruit Sculpin IPA (Ballast Point)

Alc. by volume: 7%
Sculpin is Ballast Point's most popular IPA, and they've capitalized on its success with a number of other flavors of Sculpin. My personal favorite is the grapefruit one — the citrusy tanginess works super well with the bitterness of the hops — but if that's not your thing, you can try the pineapple one. Or the jalapeño one, if you dare (it IS spicy!).
MagoTago (Tired Hands)

Alc. by volume: 7%
Brewed with a fuck ton of ripe mango, this beer is JUICY. And hoppy. MagoTago is aggressively hopped for a wealth of flavor. It's basically the perfect summer beer.
Serendipity (New Glarus)

Alc. by volume: 4%
Serendipity is a fruit explosion in a bottle. Brewed with apples, cranberries, and cherries, it brings the perfect amount of tartness and maltiness together in what makes for a very refreshing, and very "get-your-own-damn-beer" drink. If you have trouble finding this particular variety (and you might; it's seasonal), try New Glarus' Wisconsin Belgian Red — a great cherry beer.
Cucumber Saison (Cigar City)

Alc. by volume: 5%
Cucumber? In a beer!? You bet! The beer is light in color but full-bodied, and loaded with cukes. With notes of citrus and honey, it's damn refreshing. Basically, it feels like a spa in your mouth.
Blue Berry White (Superstition Meadery)

Alc. by volume: 13.5%
This is a hard. Beer. To. Find. The brewery (well, meadery, to be precise; the folks at Superstition brew fermented honey beers called mead) releases its "berry white" series of meads on Berry White Day in September. In addition to the blueberry one, Superstition also has the regular Berry White, the Black Berry White, and the Straw Berry White.
Festina Peche (Dogfish Head)

Alc. by volume: 4.5%
A Berlinerweisse is a German sour beer, and Dogfish Head gave this classic style a modern spin by fermenting it with summer-ripe peaches. It's all the goodness of eating a peach, plus alcohol, minus the fuzzy skin. If it sounds perfect, it's because it is.
