Kids never let you get away with anything. They'll call you out for the slightest infractions, which means you have to be on your best behavior at all times. And don't even think about lying in front of them. Your kid will tell the truth. Just wait and see. And it starts early.
A TikTok couple shared a hilarious video of their baby snitching on her dad for not really changing her diapers. This kid is a keeper!
The dad thought he was a master at playing his wife.
The video, shared by @jayandsharon on TikTok, opens with the parents cradling their infant daughter and Jay announcing, "Somebody made a stinky."
A voiceover by Jay then admits that he is lying about the baby having a dirty diaper as it is all part of an elaborate scheme. Jay doesn't want to change the baby's diapers, so he lies about the diaper actually being dirty.
He pretends to clean up the baby but he's actually just spending a few minutes away from his wife with the child so she thinks he is a helpful, doting daddy. Not so much.
Jay is crafty.
After sitting with the baby and playing on his phone, he returns the child to her mother and announces, "OK, all done. You change the next one."
The system works great for Jay, with Sharon doing all the work.
He explains in the voiceover that after about two months, she catches on that he hasn't been changing diapers at all and she calls him out on it. He now has to contribute a bit more in the baby care department.
The baby is to blame.
While changing the baby, Jay scolds her and says, "Stop snitching on me. I know you told mommy."
The darling little one just squeals and smiles at her silly daddy. Jay opens a changing table drawer and finds his wife's "secret Hot Cheetos stash."
He can't resist and explains that he only had six Cheetos, but those delicious cheesy bites were his downfall. Jay hears his wife's "loud platypus feet stomping over" and quickly puts the bag back and grabs the baby. But it's too late.
That darn snitch got him again.
Sharon enters the room and accuses Jay of eating her Cheetos, but he denies it. The snitch, however, tells the truth. The camera pans to Jay holding his darling daughter, whose onesie is covered in red fingerprints.
He realizes that the baby did it again, looks down at her, and says, "Snitches get stitches."
The little girl laughs, and hearts melt.
TikTok can't get enough of the sweet family.
TikTok viewers are in love with the little snitch. The video has 4 million views, and at this point, Jay and Sharon's baby is giving others baby fever.
"Gah!!!!! No!! The laugh at end, my ovaries!!! but I'll get over it once my one year old wakes up from his nap."
And who can blame Sharon? Some say Jay stepped over the line.
"how dare you, honestly. her Cheetos??"
It's also the giggle that got a lot of people going.
