Being a celebrity isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. For all the glitz and glamour, there are downsides that most of us noncelebrities couldn’t ever imagine. Gisele Bündchen recently had a run-in with Florida police while she was being followed by paparazzi. Dealing with the paparazzi is an unfortunate reality for many high-profile celebrities — photographers will stop at nothing to get even the most boring pictures. Not only is this practice incredibly invasive, but it also can be dangerous. Since her divorce from Tom Brady, Gisele has chosen to live a relatively quiet life in Florida with her children, but as we can see here, she's still not living in peace.

Gisele tried to plead her case with the officer.
Giselle broke down in tears during a traffic stop in Miami-Dade County, claiming that a photographer was "stalking" her. Body cam footage showed her grow more visibly upset as she tried to explain her situation to the police officer who pulled her over.
"I was just trying to stay [away] from that guy," she explained.
The police officer didn't offer much of a solution.
He said he would let her go as a courtesy, but that wasn’t enough. Gisele was legitimately concerned for her safety, and she tried to express that to the officer. "Yeah, but he’s, like, stalking me," she said.
The officer did recognize her but said that there wasn’t anything he could do to stop the photographer. He suggested she file a report with Miami Beach police.
Gisele broke down.
"I’m so tired," Giselle said, growing more emotional. "Everywhere I go I have these f—ing guys after me. Nothing protects me. I can’t do nothing. I just want to live my life."
The police officer tried to be sympathetic. "I can’t prevent them from doing their job, which is to take pictures," the officer said, to which Giselle replied, "I don’t know how that’s allowed."
Police claim she committed a traffic violation.
Gisele then drove off, and it’s unknown if she chose to go to the authorities about the photographer who was following her. Although it is still unclear why exactly she was stopped, a public information officer of the Surfside Police told The New York Post that it was due to a traffic violation.

Gisele has chosen to live a quiet life in Florida.
Earlier that day, Gisele was spotted out in her Miami neighborhood walking her dog. She was also spotted checking on renovations on her $11.5 million home.
She and her two children moved to Miami in 2020 when her ex-husband Tom Brady began to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After their divorce in 2022, Giselle and her kids quietly moved into their own home. They have since moved to a bigger horse ranch.
