There’s nothing inherently wrong with having dirty feet if you’re someone who prefers to walk around outside or inside your home with bare feet. But if you’re going to be filming something that potentially millions of people might see, you might want to put those dogs away. Unfortunately for Benny Blanco, he failed to do just that when he filmed the first episode of his podcast, Friends Keep Secrets.
After a video went viral showing the dark and dirty soles of Benny’s feet, he filmed yet another episode of the podcast with his bare feet out and a video from that went viral too. Not necessarily because of the cleanliness of Benny’s feet, but because wife Selena Gomez is seen kissing and snuggling up to his feet in that video. And yes, it is as uncomfy as it sounds.

After Benny’s original video with his dirty feet went viral, the one showing Selena kissing those same feet had people talking. Granted, in that video, Benny’s feet aren’t as dirty as before, but they certainly aren’t clean and they are still feet. And for Selena to kiss them on camera and in a room full of people while Benny was recording his podcast is just a whole other level of strangeness.
The user on X who posted the clip wrote, “Selena Gomez kissing Benny Blanco’s dirty feet…whoever said maybe she was as nasty as him was right I’m in tears.”
“Some kinks and likes or whatever are meant to stay/ keep private,” someone else wrote. “We don’t need to know or see EVERYTHING. Leave some stuff for yourself & for people’s imaginations. Jesus.”
In the clip, Selena does tell Benny not to make a thing of her kissing his feet, but come on. How can anyone not take note and immediately discuss the fact that she kissed his feet and that his feet are apparently habitually filthy?
And the outrage over Selena’s love fest with Benny’s feet doesn’t stop on social media. On TODAY With Jenna & Sheinelle, hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones were absolutely aghast at the clip of Selena kissing and then rubbing her face on Benny’s feet. Although Jenna pointed out that Benny is in his own house in the clips where the bottom of his feet are dirty, even she can’t deny how cringe it is to see Selena cozy up to those feet. And, for the record, the podcast is filmed in co-hosts Kristin Batalucco and Dave ‘Lil Dicky’ Burd’s home.

After that first video from his podcast recording went viral, Benny spoke about his dirty feet on Jimmy Kimmel Live. During Benny and Dave Burd’s appearance on the late night talk show, Benny blamed “the facility,” which is actually Dave’s home. He claimed to have clean feet most of the time. For apparently, Dave’s home just isn’t clean enough to keep Benny’s bare feet from attracting all of the dirt and dust around. Maybe he should just stick to socks from now on.
