It has been revealed that a 9-year-old boy is amongst the 120 people who have filed lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs citing alleged sexual abuse and assault. Tony Buzbee, an attorney based in Houston, held a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, during which he alleged Combs sexually abused multiple minors, according to People. During the conference, Buzbee said the boy was sexually abused after auditioning at Bad Boy Records Studio in New York City.

The boys were auditioning for a record deal.
“Other boys were there to audition as well,” Buzbee claimed. “All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors. This individual [the 9-year-old] was sexually abused, allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal.”
25 of the 120 alleged victims were minors.
Of the 120 people that filed civil claims against Combs through Buzbee’s law firm and AVA Law Group, 25 of them were minors. NBC News reported that the attorney plans to begin filing the lawsuits in various states within the next 30 days and that the names of the other defendants will be shared at a later date.

Buzbee says the enablers will be exposed.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said, per NBC News. “Many powerful people … many dirty secrets.” The attorney also stated that his team has “collected pictures, video, texts.”
Here's what the allegations include.
According to Buzbee, the allegations include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.”
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure, d— sure we are right before we do that,” he added. “These names will shock you.”
More than 3,000 individuals have come forward.
Buzbee said more than 3,000 people have come to his office with accusations against Combs. Of those, 62% identify as African American and hail from over 25 states, the attorney said, per NBC News. The majority are from New York, California, Georgia, and Florida.
Erica Wolff, Combs’ lawyer, said that “he looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation,” People reported.
