As parents, one of the things we look forward to at the end of a long day is settling the kids into bed, pouring ourselves a glass of wine, grabbing a cozy blanket, and relaxing with an episode or two of our favorite shows. Being able to practice that much-needed self-care in this way is a whole lot easier now that we have Netflix at our disposal to watch, pause, or catch up when the time is best for us.
Thankfully, there is a wide variety of content to choose from on the streaming platform for whatever mood we're in. Sometimes, all we want is something that transports us from our everyday life to something hilarious, scary, mystical, or whatever helps us turn off our brains at the end of the day. And sometimes, we want a little eye candy in the form of a hot bad boy character.
Netflix has come through with many Netflix Originals that help us get our fix of bad boys we know we shouldn't love but secretly do. But instead of wasting time scrolling and wondering what to watch — and where to find the sexiest bad boys — we've done the hard work for you.
Here are the sexiest bad boy characters from Netflix TV shows and movies to watch the next time you need a reminder that there are good things in this world (even if they're a bit bad).
Noah From 'The Kissing Booth'

The Kissing Booth may be geared toward teenagers with its TV-14 rating, but it's hard to deny the eye candy that is Noah (played by Jacob Elordi). He's really the stereotypical bad boy character we were all warned about in high school, but we likely all had an experience similar to him at that age. He's popular, but he's not exactly something we'd call boyfriend material. Still, he's good to look at.
Massimo From '365 Days'

When this foreign language movie hit Netflix, it's all everyone was talking about — and it's since been followed up with two sequels. The film 365 Days is an incredibly steamy love story that reminds us of 50 Shades of Grey with an extra level of danger and mystery. Its NSFW storyline sets hearts racing, and Massimo (Michele Morrone) is the main reason for that. He's not exactly a good guy (he did kidnap and hold hostage his love interest), but it's totally worth the watch.
Not to mention the fact that Michele himself was recently seen cozying up to Khloé Kardashian, which tells us everything we need to know …
Lucifer From 'Lucifer'

There's likely no greater bad boy than the demon known as Lucifer (Tom Ellis) — aka the devil. This sexy show centers on a bored Lucifer who moves to Los Angeles, buys a nightclub, and tries to throw some good in his bad boy persona by helping the police with tricky criminal cases. He is a bad boy, knows it, flaunts it — and we just can't get enough.
Reggie From 'Riverdale'

There's something about teen drama TV shows that just get our hearts racing. Maybe it's the nostalgia of when we were in high school and that the characters in the show have far more interesting lives than we ever did. Or maybe it's the bad boy character who is always included in these types of shows. Reggie (Charles Melton) is the captain of the high school football team but has a bad streak — and he's not afraid to get in a little trouble.
Tommy From 'Peaky Blinders'

Tommy (Cillian Murphy) is the leader of the Peaky Blinders, the name for the Shelby crime family. This period drama follows Tommy as he tries to gain more popularity and influence in the town, and he looks good while he's being sooooo bad. We know we're not really supposed to root for him, but he makes it incredibly hard not to.
Joe From 'You'

The only reason Joe from You is able to do all the damage he does — and make it fascinating to watch — is because he's so easy to look at. Unassumingly dangerous, Joe (Penn Badgley) is romantic and psychopathic. It's a breeze to binge through all three seasons of the show because he seems so normal on the outside — but of course, he's anything but normal.
Art From 'Project Power'

This Netflix original movie stars Jamie Foxx as Art, a former Army Ranger who has teamed up with a drug-dealing teenager and a local cop to try to stop a new drug that's hit the streets that unlocks people's superpowers. Although Art isn't the typical bad guy (he's trying to do good in the movie), he's driven by a vendetta, and his mystery gives off the same bad boy vibes.
Tyler From 'Extraction'

One can't be a mercenary without being a bad boy, and Extraction's Tyler (Chris Hemsworth) makes it all look so good. He's been tasked with trying to recover a kidnapped boy who has been taken and held hostage in one of the hardest cities to penetrate in this world. Tyler is not afraid of anything, and it's that bad boy energy that will get us through another day at home.
JJ From 'Outer Banks'

Outer Banks' JJ (Rudy Pankow) is a member of The Pogues, a group of people who come from one area of the Outer Banks. JJ comes from a troubled past that followed him into the future. It seems like he wants to do well, but JJ's feisty, quick-tempered nature keeps him in trouble. He and his friends are "from the wrong side of the tracks" and are not above holding a grudge.
Gar Logan From 'Titans'

When it comes to superheroes, we typically only get to join in the story when they're adults and always on the right side of wrong. But Titans on Netflix is a coming-of-age story about young superheroes, and they're not always the good guys we see in this group. Gar Logan (Ryan Potter) is more of a bad boy trying to be better, and even though he's a sweet young man for the most part, he has a rebellious side that he's exploring.
Dylan From 'American Vandal'

If there's a need to watch something hilariously funny, American Vandal is a fun spoof of a typical serious crime documentary. In the first season, we meet Dylan (Jimmy Tatro), a high school football player with a rebellious streak and an interesting sense of humor. Dylan is being questioned by police and gets accused of committing a crime, resulting in his expulsion from school. It's a bonus that he's super cute and easy to look at.
Pete From 'Disjointed'

Disjointed's Pete (Dougie Baldwin) isn't the stereotypical sexy bad boy, but there is something about him that gives off those vibes in this drug-focused comedy. His character has an endearing quality that's hard to put our finger on, but we're not sure the show would have the same vibes without Pete. We love him because he honestly always seems to mean well.
Holden From 'Mindhunter'

At first glance, it's hard to imagine an FBI agent being a bad boy, but fans of Mindhunter have long wondered if Holden (Jonathan Groff) is closer to the people he's searching for: psychopaths and murderers. His ethics in how he goes about finding the criminals he's looking for are often called into question — but he looks good while he's being critiqued.
Klaus From 'The Umbrella Academy'

There's no question that Klaus from The Umbrella Academy (Robert Sheehan) hasn't had the easiest life, but in that, he's developed some bad boy qualities that not only make him interesting to watch as a character, but also easy on the eyes. He's not above breaking the law to get ahead a little, and he's been struggling with his inner demons for a while.
Johnny From 'Cobra Kai'

Don't laugh. We know he's not a traditional sexy bad boy, but there's something nostalgic about this original bad boy who's now back. Cobra Kai's Johnny (William Zabka) is the original rival of Karate Kid, and he's not above doing whatever he needs to do to help himself and his team of fighters win.
Hardin From 'After'

The After movie series is considered one of the steamiest on Netflix, so it's no surprise that Hardin Scott (played by Hero Fiennes Tiffin) has made the list. After all, despite Hardin's bad boy reputation, Tessa couldn't help but fall in love with him, and after watching the movies, it's easy to understand why.
Simon From 'Bridgerton'
It took no time at all for Bridgerton to become one of Netflix's most popular shows — and for millions to have a giant crush on Simon, the Duke of Hastings, portrayed by Regé-Jean Page. He might have been known as a player (or a "rake," in the world of the show), but seeing his sweet love story with Daphne made it easy to forget his bad boy reputation.
Paxton From 'Never Have I Ever'

On Never Have I Ever, all the girls at Devi's school have a crush on Paxton (Darren Barnet), and we totally get it. He might have a rep for all the hearts he's broken, but when you combine his good looks and sweet personality (after he apologized to all those girls he hurt, anyway), it's hard not to love him.
