Over the past couple of weeks, multiple sources have come forward to share how Queen Elizabeth allegedly felt about former President Donald Trump. (Hint: they say she was not a fan.) The late Queen, who died on September 8, 2022, hosted Trump in the United Kingdom on two occasions during his presidency. The first time Trump met with the monarch was in 2018. That year, Trump and his wife, Melania, met Queen Elizabeth for tea at Windsor Castle. Trump visited Queen Elizabeth again in 2019.

Queen Elizabeth's friend claims she 'didn't like' Trump.
A new documentary, The Cowboy and the Queen, dives into the unlikely friendship between Queen Elizabeth and horse trainer Monty Roberts. A scene in the documentary shows Roberts commenting on a video of Trump, saying, “The Queen didn’t like him,” per People.
Roberts also told the news outlet that “the Queen said that.”
A new book claims that she thought Trump was 'rude.'
In a new book called A Voyage Around The Queen, Craig Brown alleges that the Queen thought Trump was “rude.”
“A few weeks after President Trump’s visit, for instance, she confided in one lunch guest that she found him ‘very rude’: she particularly disliked the way he couldn’t stop looking over her shoulder, as though in search of others more interesting,” Brown wrote, according to the Daily Mail.

The Queen had hosted other controversial world leaders.
Ahead of Trump’s first meeting with Queen Elizabeth, some suspected that she would not be bothered by Trump’s behavior considering that she had hosted other controversial leaders.
Brown drew attention to this in his book as well.
“Over the course of her reign, Her Majesty entertained many controversial foreign leaders, including Bashar al-Assad, Robert Mugabe, Idi Amin, Donald Trump, Emperor Hirohito and Vladimir Putin,” he wrote, per Daily Mail.
“She may not have found their company convivial; upon their departure, she may even have voiced a discreet word of disapproval,” he continued.
Trump has denied the allegations.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Trump responded to the claims that the Queen found him to be rude. He called the allegations “totally false” and said that he “had a great relationship with the queen.”
“She liked me and I liked her,” he continued. “I spoke to her often and I spoke to her, in particular, when I was there.”
He claimed that he was the Queen's 'favorite president.'
Calling Queen Elizabeth a “fantastic woman,” Trump added that “it’s a shame a sleazebag can write an article that’s totally false.”
He claimed that the reports of how the Queen felt about him are the opposite of the truth. “I heard I was her favorite president,” Trump alleged. “And you’ve heard that too. She would say it to a lot of people.”
