Nursery Organization DIY for Baby’s Closet

Found this smart little nursery organization DIY over on Young House Love — where Jen Woodhouse popped over from The House of Wood and boy, is she nesting. Big time!

Alright Jen! And thanks for sharing.

If you're a first-time mom-to-be, you may not know yet just how many beautiful teeny tiny clothes go unworn because they're tucked in a drawer and your baby grows a size before you get around to opening that drawer again.

This fun closet-organizing idea will help put an end to forgotten onesies and rompers.

Jen bought these blank clothing dividers — just like the size marker dividers you see swirled around the racks in department stores — from an online supply store (Google “clothing dividers”) for just $0.29 each. Use them to divide baby clothes sizes into quick-reference sections in baby's closet.

You'll want to add the infant sizes to the baby clothes dividers (NB, 3m, 6m, 9m, etc.) and then decorate them any way you like. Or use Jen's colorful downloadable templates, print them out on white full-sheet labels, cut them out, and stick them on the dividers.

Aren't these adorable? Fun and functional!

How do you keep your infant's closet organized?
