Pumpkin spice cocktails will have you kicking your boring ole beverages to the curb. 'Tis the season to really spice things up!

Whether you're a margarita fan or martini connoisseur, we've found a fall variety that's infused with that delicious pumpkin spice and your fave libation. So, go ahead, raise a glass to autumn.

Pumpkin Pie Marg-O’Rita

Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila

Just because summer is long gone doesn't mean you should have to give up your margaritas. Try this Pumpkin Pie Marg-O'Rita:

2 oz Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila

1 oz lime juice

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 oz vanilla simple syrup

1 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 oz Cointreau

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of pumpkin pie spice

Rim:

1/4 oz orange juice

Black sea salt rim (optional)

Put the salt on a plate. Pour the orange juice into bowl, dip the rim of the glass to wet. Dip into salt, set aside to chill.  Add all remaining ingredients to ice, shake. Using a fine strainer, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve!

The Smashing Pumpkin

Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila

This Smashing Pumpkin cocktail is perfect for your Halloween party. Made with fresh apple cider and pumpkin ale, it's perfect after an afternoon of apple picking.

2 oz Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila

2 oz Fresh Local Apple Cider

3/4 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup

2 1/2 oz Pumpkin Ale (or other pumpkin flavored beer)

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing cup with ice, shake to chill, strain into chilled martini glass. Add pumpkin beer. Garnish with fresh apple slice and a dash of nutmeg.

Pumpkin Spice After Dark

Cachaça 51

This is an adult treat that you'll want to serve for those evenings around the firepit. Who needs S'mores when you've got this Pumpkin Spice After Dark? 

 1 cup Arabica coffee

 1.5 oz Cachaça 51

 1.5 oz Coffee Brandy

  1 oz Heavy Cream

 .75 oz Poor Man's Kitchen Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Pour hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add Poor Man's Kitchen Pumpkin Spice Syrup and stir. Blend in Cachaça 51 and coffee brandy. Top with heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Serve hot.

Pumpkin Pie-tini

Who needs pie when you've got this Pumpkin Pie-Tini? Hosting a fall book club meeting? This is the part of the get-together friends will remember. You're rimming a glass with pie crumbs, what more can we say?

3 Tbls. pumpkin puree

1 oz. half & half

½ oz. Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup (or more, to taste)

couple shakes pumpkin pie spice

For the rim:

1 graham cracker, crushed

1 Tbls. sugar

2 shakes pumpkin pie spice

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice to make glass rimmer.

Dip rim of martini glass in water, then in rimmer mixture.

Combie vodka, pumpkin puree, half & half, Torani syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots

Looking to add a little retro fun to your Halloween party this year? Try these Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots. It's a caffeine boost with a little vodka kick thrown in to get you through answering the door for those trick-or-treaters.  

1 cup cold Starbucks vanilla or caramel coffee

3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (depending on how much spice you like, taste test it!)

2 packets of Knox gelatin

1 cup whipped cream flavored vodka

Green straws cut in half (the straws not only look cute but also help you extract the jello!)

Whipped cream or Cool Whip
