Here’s every detail of Kat Von D’s deliciously goth wedding dress

Kat Von D's magical goth wedding to Leafar Seyer, AKA Prayers, has been haunting our dreams in the most delicious way.

And if you want more — we've got it. Now we can show you every single detail of Von D's red wedding dress, custom made bridal horns, and INSANELY lavish veil.

To begin: Kat didn't just have ONE custom-made crimson wedding dress. She had two.

According to Adolfo Sanchez, the brilliant genius who designed Kat's veil, Von D had *two* dress options for her wedding day. In a social media post by way of "clearing the air," he said that Kat "had two red bridal gowns designed for her special day and she decided to pair the beautiful red gown and horns by (designer Majesty Black) with my red lace veil, and use the red gown we created for another upcoming project."

Which meant we can DEFINITELY expect another oh-so-spectacular red gown worn by Kat very soon.

Let's take a closer look at that incredible red veil, shall we?

Designer Aldolpho Sanchez posted a close-up video of his creation on his Instagram — which is an absolute work of art, btw.

The veil is long enough to be worn draped over the face, with an exceptionally long train. It's also surrounded by astonishingly beautiful red lace...

...And studded with crystals for shine and sparkle.

(The crystal details are easier to see in the video.)

And the Von D x Prayers newly designed "bloodline sigil," which incorporates a three-headed dragon and crown elements, was embroidered on the veil, too.

Von D wrote a little about the meaning behind this design about a week before the wedding.

The veil itself was made from the most delicate material so that you could see every detail of the lace, the gown, and Kat's beautiful face.

(This is SO dramatic, I honestly can't handle it.)

And the veil was WAYYYYYYY longer than anyone thought. Videos from the ceremony show two attendants, dressed in full body red latex, carrying and adjusting Kat's veil during the wedding.

And you thought Meghan Markle had the longest, most dramatic veil of 2018.

Now, let's take a super-detailed look at the red wedding dress. As many long time Von D fans guessed, her bright red gown was designed and created by long-time creative collaborator, Majesty Black.

Majesty Black is best known for those ICONIC "claw" gloves Kat often wears.

In a video slideshow posted to the Majesty Black Instagram, we got a behind the scenes look at exactly HOW amazing Kat's dress truly was — as well as the work that went into creating it.

According to this video, the dress took two and half months to create. Here's the initial concept sketch, which Kat teased her followers with shortly after she announced she was getting married.

From above, you can see that the Majesty Black dress has a shorter train to allow the veil to stand out even more.

Von D's wedding dress involved creating a one-of-a-kind pattern...

...With extra-special pointed sleeves!

You can't buy this off the rack.

And here she is — Kat's crimson wedding dress. LOOK at that detail!

This ruffled neckline? TO DIE FOR.

The IRL result? The most gorgeously gothic gown for a radiantly beautiful day.

And of course, we have to talk about Kat's red bridal horns — also made by Majesty Black.

Both of Kat's horns were handmade and colored PERFECTLY to match her dress and veil.

A swatch of fabric was used to ensure that every piece in her outfit was the exact same shade of crimson.

The horns were supported in a really cool way — a thicker headband in the back, and what looks like a thinner wire support along the top. This way, Kat could easily hide it under her hair.

The end result? A satyr-inspired headpiece as unique and special as Kat and Leafar are.

The ONLY thing about Kat's wedding look that we haven't seen up close and personal yet is her shoes. But — because I'm a Kat Von D scholar — we definitely already know some things about them.

We know they were definitely made by Natacha Marro, the incredible designer behind many of Kat's favorite vegan shoes.

We also know that the wedding shoes incorporated the gold embroidered "bloodline sigil" of Kat and Seyer.

And even though Kat LOVES her sky-high heels, it's more than likely that she wore flats on her wedding day.

When talking about the embroidery elements on her shoes, Kat revealed that they were "satin slippers" made by Natacha. "Slippers" can mean a lot of things, but they're generally flat — because when you're a bride standing up all day, skipping heels is just smart (for one thing).

Additionally, Kat is pregnant. Who wants to wear heels when you're pregnant? EXACTLY.

Congratulations to Kat and Leafar on their wedding — and Kat, thank you for blessing us all with these insane looks!
