Hilarious TikTok Shows Kids Will Do Anything for Mom’s Help Even When Dad is Right There

Do you ever wonder how we made it as far as we did in life without all the technology kids have today? As moms, we literally can't go anywhere without our kids having access to us. All they have to do now is call or text us and boom, mom on demand. Man, our moms had it good when they could get in the station wagon with a Diet Coke and a Michael Bolton tape and escape for an hour or two.

Even when we get a chance to sneak out and leave them in the extremely capable hands of their fathers, it's still not good enough. A mom shared a video of her kids on TikTok with all the moms saying, "This is my life!" She left her kids home with their dad, but things didn't work out as planned. Their means of communication is just too good!

Where's Waldo? More like, where's Mommo?

Toni Ann, @tinyann22 on TikTok, shared some Ring camera footage that quickly went viral, and we can see why. Toni Ann left her children at home with their dad, who, according to them, apparently can't do anything. The children were having issues and knew that the only solution was mom, so they rang the doorbell to talk to her.

A sweet little boy appears on the porch and rings the bell, looking for mom. She answers, and with a big smile, he waves. He asks what she's doing and reports that his tablet is dead. Then his big sister appears.

'Where's daddy?'

"Um, I duuno," the little guy says.

He turns around and points, but even though he may know where he is, that's not the point. This kid's got tablet problems. And so does big sis!

"My tablet's not working," she says.

Again, Toni Ann asks where her husband is, and they ignore her.

Clearly, there is something wrong with mom, given her reaction.

@tinyann22 Part 3… daddy was 2 feet away which is where my son came from to call me lol.. this is his first time with a tablet so he called me thinking it was dead which it was not he just hit the side button. My kids get plenty of active outdoor life but are also allowed screen time.. thats life. Kids prefer mom over dad.. also life. Doesn't she understand that her children are having an emergency and she needs to drop whatever she is doing to fix these tablets?

She asks again where dad is, and the little guy takes off. Text on the screen points an arrow to dad's location, just a few feet away. But who needs him? That guy obviously can't help with anything.

Moms and dads alike know that no one does it better than mom.

@tinyann22 Part 4 of mommy goes shopping. As you all can see daddy is right outfront, my younger one just prefers me over daddy (mamas boy). Yes my kids have tablets and play on them but also have an active outdoor life too. Mommy had to food shop and daddy was doing housework.. normal family things! #momsoftiktok #kidsoftiktok #parentsoftiktok #ring #camera #chaoscompound ♬ original sound - Toni Ann

The viral video has more than 4 million views and 307,000 likes. People cannot get enough of these kids, and their lives are so similar to Toni Ann's. Kids just won't leave their moms alone.

"This is hilarious. My life in a nutshell," one person commented. "It's always mommy and never daddy. I have to tell the kids multiple times they have another parent."

Apparently, it doesn't get better with age. Another mom shared, "My teenage boys still walk past their dad to come ask me questions."

"#triggered. The whole scene. Triggered," yet another mom wrote.

Toni Ann shared more footage from her Ring, showing that their dad was very close by. The little boy calls his mom again, telling her he found his dad, who we see working on the tablet. Thank the Lord he has some tech skills or mom would have had to drop her groceries and get home on the double.

There was comedy gold in the follow-up too. We love the comment, "He brought daddy to the manager."

This video is everything to all the moms, including us. But don't get it twisted. We know how great dads are, and they deserve some credit too.

Hey kids — give dad a spin every once in a while. You might be surprised to know that not only does he know where the cups are, but he can also find the milk and even knows how to pour it into the cup. We know. Mind blown!
