If you’re scrambling for teacher gift ideas (as I am, having now just realized I have precisely nothing for my children’s teachers and the end of the school year is like, tomorrow), I’m doing what I always do when I need a good idea: Following the advice of much craftier, more creative people than me.
For teacher gift ideas, Stephanie Parks of @parkspartyplanning suggests making gift card “bouquets” using real or paper flowers to display simple gift cards that your child’s teacher can use for shopping, food, coffee, and more.
She recently went viral for one of her ideas to use the adorable striped Stanley tumbler as the bouquet holder, and although the popular Quencher timber is super cute, I have to admit, my budget doesn’t quite allow me to spend $45 per teacher.
What I did find, however, was a more affordable (and just as cute!) version of the striped Stanley as a can cooler cup. And the best news? It’s only $25!
Striped Stanley

This super cute Stanley Cooler Cup is dual-design: It can be used as a holder for a standard, 12-ounce can beverage or as a regular insulated tumbler. A reusable Tritan straw is included, so you can sip freely or through the included lid.
I love that it can be used for either function, and with a drink holder, you can take a canned beverage anywhere and leave others guessing. What’s in your tumbler? No one will ever know.
The slim can cooler cup comes in 12 designs, including the popular pink-and-white striped color, or you can choose from other cheery options such as butter sunflower and cherry blossom.
Stanley Teacher Gift Idea
Parks shared how she converted the adorable striped Stanley tumbler into a bouquet holder to make a stunning thank-you teacher gift.
She also featured the slim can cooler for $25 as a more budget-friendly option and demonstrated how it still makes a great teacher thank you gift holder. Just take the lid off, add some tissue or crinkle-cut paper, and put it in any small gifts you’d like.
Budget-Friendly Idea
If you can’t afford to give every teacher in your life a Stanley (as much as you would like to, surely), Parks also shared a more budget-friendly idea for families: Add some gift cards to a simple, small garden bucket to create a “gift bouquet.”
Set of 6 Colorful Mini Tin Buckets

Pick up some small garden buckets, add a flower arranging block, stick some wooden skewers in, then hot glue paper flowers and gift cards for a “thank you” bouquet. The kids could even get involved in this one by cutting and coloring flowers to stick the gift cards into. So cute!
