It doesn’t matter what Brittany Mahomes posts online — the haters will always find it. After all, there is a corner of Reddit dedicated solely to snarking on the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. But this time around, she somehow managed to share a photo dump on Instagram that’s getting nothing but positive feedback… maybe it’s because of her subtle brag about her husband’s skills?
Brittany shared the new pics on Tuesday.
In the photos (which you can see here), Brittany is showing off her outfit — complete with sparkly pants and a silver jacket designed by Stella McCartney and a towering updo. Swipe, and you’ll see that Patrick also joined her for a few of them.
The photos together really are adorable. The one where he’s twirling her is too cute; as always, they do seem to have fun together, despite what anyone might think about the pairing.
One fan asked in a comment how she convinced Patrick to take the photos, since in the couple’s documentary, Quarterback, he made it clear that he wasn’t a huge fan of snapping pictures of his wife’s outfits. “Britt how did you get him to take pics ? I remember the doc series y’all did and he didn’t like taking them,” the commenter asked, adding laughing emojis.
Brittany responded, giving Patrick credit where credit is due: “He has came a long way.”
The usual trolls were nowhere to be found.
These pictures are simply so cute that it seems like people are having a mighty hard time finding something negative to say about them (or Brittany has gotten really good at filtering her Instagram comments).
Patrick himself commented with a simple red heart emoji, while hundreds of Brittany’s followers showered her with compliments. One person wrote, “You guys are the cutest!! And you got him taking pics with you too👏👏👏👏 atta girl.”
Another chimed in, “I don’t know why but you have had 3 kids and you look absolutely stunning. You look younger and so happy! I love to see this.”
Brittany’s gotten so much hate that it’s actually kind of refreshing to see people being so kind to her this time around. Has she finally figured out how to avoid snark altogether (there’s no way, but we can dream).
These two have been together for a long time.
Brittany and Patrick were actually high school sweethearts long before he became one of the most well known NFL players of all time, so she did give him plenty of time to come around to the idea of taking her outfit photos for her.
And after seeing the evidence, he really didn’t do a bad job. If the whole football thing gets old, Patrick may have a future in fashion photography.
