Catherine Zeta-Jones & Michael Douglas Have a Hilarious NSFW Rule When They Play Golf

A bet's a bet! Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have a flirty way of keeping things interesting when the ultra-competitive pair play a round of golf together. Apparently, Catherine's rule leaves Michael a little exposed whenever he misses the mark. With wagers like these, we're not surprised their marriage has lasted this long!

Catherine makes her husband "whip it out" when he can't manage to get his golf ball "past the ladies' tee" while they play, according to a new interview in the Guardian.

OK — we find this absolutely hilarious, especially considering that the pair have been married for 22 years and have likely spent a lot of time playing golf over the years.

It doesn't sound like he has any trouble getting his ball to hit the mark.

Maybe Michael agrees to the flirtatious wager because he knows he won't have to pay up too often. He further explained in his interview that he can manage "most of the time," while adding there have been a few times he's had to "give her a little show" while they were playing.

This isn't the first time we've heard about their unusual bet.

During a 2016 appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Catherine revealed the details behind their bet, claiming to be a much better player than her now 78-year-old husband.

"We have a bet that if he ducks a shot, he has to drop his pants," she shared, adding that she uses the same tactic with "any man" she plays against.

Fortunately, Michael doesn't have the same rules with the rest of his competitors.

Catherine may be a stickler for the rules, but Michael says in his new interview that he saves his special show for his wife.

As for his wife, she at least grants her husband some privacy when he loses the bet. "There has been an issue with paparazzi, so I make him go into the bushes. A deal is a deal," she joked at the time.

It's inside jokes like these that keep their relationship interesting.

Catherine and Michael have been going strong since their November 2000 wedding and even have two children together — 19-year-old Carys and 22-year-old Dylan — in addition to Michael's 44-year-old son, Cameron, from his marriage to Diandra Luker.

With a sense of humor like this we can see how they've managed to make things work for so long!
