Kylie Kelce Has a Strongly Worded Message for Those Who Say People Who Have Had C-Sections ‘Did Not Experience Birth’

Kylie Kelce is pregnant with her fourth daughter and, as she said on the most recent episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, birth is “imminent.” While Kylie is hoping that her baby will arrive soon, she had one last pregnancy-related topic she wanted to address before giving birth: birth plans. She was clearly passionate about this one — especially when it comes to whether or not C-sections count as a “true birth experience.”

Kylie told her podcast viewers about her birth plan.

Before opening up about her personal preferences, Kylie shared an important disclaimer: Everyone is different. For this reason, she urged everyone to do what works for them. She also reminded everyone that they don’t need to share their opinions about her birth plan because it’s her decision. Kylie’s birth plan is pretty simple: “I just want a fat needle in my back,” the 33-year-old mom said on her podcast, referring to an epidural. “That’s it.”

Kylie went on to explain why her birth plan is so simple and short. “You cannot make a plan and assume that that little muffin is gonna stick to it,” she explained. “And I’m just not prepared for disappointment on a day that a human is exiting my body.”

She went on to call out people who are dismissive of certain birth plans.

Kylie knows that some people are critical of epidurals, but she assured her listeners that she still felt everything during her birthing experience.

“People who dismiss birth with an epidural as being not a true birth experience: I can promise you, from the bottom of my heart, I felt every part of labor, thank you,” Kylie said. “I knew what was happening. I could feel everything. Was it painful? No. But that’s the point of the fat needle in my back.”

While on the topic, Kylie also addressed the people who say C-sections are not real birth experiences.

Though Kylie has not had a C-section herself, she has seen some “triggering comments” about them on TikTok. As she explained, she has come across comments in which people have suggested that those who have had C-sections “did not experience birth.”

Before sharing how she felt about the comments, Kylie laughed and said, “I’m trying to be nice.” She then went on to say, “No, never mind. Go f— yourself. You can kindly f— right off.”

Kylie explained why these kinds of comments are so disgusting to her. “The person you’re speaking to just grew a human being and for whatever reason that little baby needed to come out the front, not the bottom,” she said. “You know whose business that is? Not f—ing yours.”

“They just had massive abdominal surgery,” Kylie continued. “Abdominal surgery to get out the human life that they just built.”

Reacting to the judgmental comments about C-sections, Kylie said, “I can’t believe that people say that. That is horrific. I dare you to say that within earshot of me.”

She acknowledged that what she said was “aggressive,” but then added, “I said what I said. I’m standing by it. Say it within earshot of me. I dare you.”

‘I cannot believe that you have the audacity,’ Kylie continued.

Though Kylie has not had a C-section, her mother has. “You think that when I was 12 pounds 1 ounce and I had to come out the front in my 5’2″ mother that she didn’t experience birth?” Kylie questioned before adding that she will “kick your a–” if you make those kinds of comments about people who have C-sections.

“Moral of the story,” Kylie continued. “These people have built a human being in their uterus with the power of their own body, OK? With, let’s be real, a very short contribution by someone else. Come on, now. Mind your f—ing business.”

Fans thanked Kylie for her brutal honesty.

Several moms who have had C-sections thanked Kylie for raising awareness and sticking up for them. “Your talk on ‘birthing’ was so spot on, true, and real!” one viewer wrote. “What right does ANYONE have to say what is an actual birthing experience!!”

One parent who listened to the podcast wrote: “I’ve had 3 kids, 2 ways, and let me tell you…one is not better than the other! Thanks for sticking up for all the moms!”

“Ooooh I love a good Kylie rant!” a third fan commented. “Thanks for sticking up for the c-section mommas.”
