16 Moms on IG & TikTok To Follow for Fall Decór Ideas

Fall is a favorite time of year for moms. There are the fun holidays, like Halloween, as well as pumpkin and apple picking and chillier weather for chic fall outfits. It's also the time of year to lean into the "cozy" vibe and decorate the home for fall, and bring the stunning fall foliage color palettes (and spooky ones) inside.

We found mom home décor influencers on TikTok and Instagram who have posted their own design ideas and DIYs in hopes we can all benefit from the inspiration. Some focus on the neutral palette, with subtle Halloween pieces, while others went for a more general fall vibe with reds and yellows with a pile of pumpkins. The main takeaway: No matter the design style, there's something for everyone, all you need are a few candles, pumpkins, or dried grasses.

Rachel Parcell

Rachel Parcell is a fashion designer and Instagram influencer who also happens to be an excellent home designer. The mom of three loves to decorate her home for all seasons and holidays and this fall she's currently leaning into the spooky aesthetic with a big black floral arrangement on the fireplace, spiderwebs on the mirror, and black-and-white checkered pumpkins.

Pretty in the Pines

Shelby of @prettyinthepines is a new mom of one who lives in New York City who documents her interior design work in her apartment on Instagram. Her style is definitely subtle, using muted warm colors like blacks and dark greens, and this fall is no different. She choose to use fall florals around her home to dress the space up for fall.

Tiffany Brooks Interiors

Tiffany Brooks is a hardworking mom who hosts on HGTV. She posts design ideas and updates on her Instagram page including this fall update for an outdoor patio space.

"And who said you have to add pumpkins and s— to make your outdoor areas ready for the fall? Just a few slight changes and it’s a complete transition!" she writes.

Rise Up Home

Interior designer Kendra of @riseuphome is all about the pumpkins when it comes to fall décor, well, fake pumpkins that it. She used different fall colored faux gourds that she purchased last year to decorate the porch of her home this year, writing "Fake pumpkins were the best Halloween décor I bought last year! Looks just as great this year and no money spent. Which team are you on…REAL or FAKE pumpkins?" Yay for looking chic and also buying less.

The Martinez Casita

Jessell is the mom behind The Martinez Casita home décor and DIY TikTok account and we can't get enough. One fall design item of hers that caught our eye: McDonald's vintage Halloween Happy Meal buckets that she repurposed into hanging ghosts for her porch just by draping sheer fabric over them.

Off Live Oak

With home décor, it's the little things that can make a big difference and that's TikToker Jennifer of @OffLiveOak's specialty, along with DIY and affordable interior design recs. For fall, she shared a video updating her home's entry table to match the season. We love the table bowl that's filled with white pumpkins in stop-motion!

Pops of Color Home

If you like bigger and bolder décor statements than TikToker Kerry behind the @popsofcolorhome account is the person to follow. She shares DIY tips and tricks, and for fall, she shared her go-to vignette. Her approach? Stacking colored pumpkins in big glass covers with a candle to balance the taller items.

Liz Marie Galvan

Looking for cozy cottage vibes? Look no further than mom Liz Marie's Instagram account. Her style is bright with whites but also has subtle brown tones. Her style is to decorate for the holidays with subtle touches of candles and white ghosts, but we do love this pumpkin and candle staircase décor.

Audrey Crisp

Speaking of entryways, for those who have seating instead of a table, mom Audrey Crisp showed off her entry styling with a skeleton and a wooden bench. Even without a skeleton, Audrey used fall-themed throw cushions to make it seasonal, along with a large fall tree with autumnal leaves.

The Modberry

Kelby of The Modberry went all in on the spooky theme for her fall/Halloween décor, using witch hats on the ceiling over a dining table. The table is decorated with pink and black candles, a spiderweb runner and a spooky skull. In her living room, Kelby used a pumpkin cushion to add a touch of fall in that room.

Proud To Be Their Mommy

We're loving these small fall centerpieces from @proudtobetheirmommy. She used a wicker basket to center the pieces and put bottles with dried grass stems in them. The teapot in the centerpiece coordinates with the black dinnerware used in each of the place settings, while the wicker from the basket echoes the woven placemats.

Our Winton Home

Décor can be yummy, too, and that's the route that the TikToker Our Winton Home, Morgan Winton, took for this DIY fall cookie and cupcake tower. It would make an amazing holiday centerpiece. She uses plastic pumpkins as the columns to make her treat tower.

Gilla Leigh Home

TikToker Gilla Leigh Home puts together a dramatic entryway display with neutral black and tan. She uses giant black accent vases, which she pairs with dried grasses and an enormous beige pumpkin. Mixing textures and shapes while using only one or two key colors makes for an impactful visual.

Heart Home Interior

Sage green is a perfect color for fall. It's muted but still gives a pop of color to balance out stark neutral palettes. That's why we're inspired by Heart Home Interior's Instagram account (run by new mom Laura May), which features fall décor in the form of sage pumpkins.

Joyfully Green Home

Joy Green of @joygreenhome decorates for fall using brighter fall colors like the reds, oranges, and golds that mimic the stunning foliage during this time of year. She also added darker flowers to her arrangements, along with moody taper candles.

House of Jase

This DIY is Halloween-themed, but could serve as inspiration for fall — or any number of holidays. You can use a Cricut or construction paper to cut out seasonal shapes and paste them onto dollar store plates and bowls to arrange in a china cabinet to show off the holiday spirit in a fun way.
